Where to run in March in the Twin Cities

Spring is coming, the weather is getting nicer and the outdoor running season is getting into full swing.
The average high temperature goes from 33 degrees at the beginning of the month to 46 degrees at the
end of the month, and people want to get outside and enjoy the nicer weather. There are several events
