a biomechanics expert at McGill University Centre for studies in aging,
released a study saying that expensive running shoes aren’t worth the
money, and can even increase your risk of injury. Since that study there
have been several others that have confirmed Robbins findings and showed
that thick-soled shoes doubled your risk of injury over thin-soled shoes
or barefoot running."

The most bike friendly city in the United States: "In the May issue of
Bicycling Magazine, they researched and rated cities of over 100,000
people to come up with the top 50 bike friendly cities in the country.
They used many things as criteria for the list, one of the main being
off road trails. What they came up with was the number one bike friendly
city in the country is Minneapolis Minnesota."
