How to exercise breathing properly while jogging? - Yahoo! Answers
How to exercise breathing properly while jogging? - Yahoo! Answers: "I am currently training myself to be toned up before entering Fort. Benning Georgia. Now, my legs can take jogging as long as it can without any problems, my main concern here is that while jogging, breathing starts to become more difficult and my throat tend to dry up after ten minutes (not sure if its normal or just not used to it). After ten minutes of jogging, my lungs also start to like feel smaller, making inhale more harder. I need tips that can help me improve my lungs air intake capacity. Im 17 btw, details are welcomed guys thanks"

Fitness: Running The Rows at Red Rocks Amphitheater - lgsmash
Fitness: Running The Rows at Red Rocks Amphitheater - lgsmash: "Red Rocks Amphitheater is not only one of the best places to see a concert but it’s a great place to workout, too. The amphitheater is open to the public when it’s not in use for concerts and on the weekends, the stairs are full of Coloradans who are looking for a unique sweat session. There’s a weekly, free boot camp that many people attend and now there’s a fitness event in the summer dedicated to those of us who enjoy our Fitness on the Rocks."
