Regular readers will recall I’ve tried short-term boot camp fitness programs, long-term recreational running three seasons of the year and enjoy one-time events such as Fit for Heart.
And being in the public eye through this column has its healthy living rewards and drawbacks.
I was happy to be seen participating in the Terry Fox Run earlier this month, but not so happy to be recognized at a local fast food restaurant."
