Biking in the Twin Cities, the Grand Round: "Biking is one of the best cardio
exercises that you can do; it’s also one of the easiest on your knees and back
. There are many good places to ride in the Twin Cities; one of the best is The
Grand Rounds. This ride is not one to try if you are not in good biking shape,
but it is one you should do. The ride is between 40 and 50 miles depending
on if you ride around the Minneapolis lakes or just past them."
