Barefoot running what you should know

Barefoot running what you should know: "In 1999 Dr. Steven Robbins,
a biomechanics expert at McGill University Centre for studies in aging,
released a study saying that expensive running shoes aren’t worth the
money, and can even increase your risk of injury. Since that study there
have been several others that have confirmed Robbins findings and showed
that thick-soled shoes doubled your risk of injury over thin-soled shoes
or barefoot running."
