Paradise Valley man on prosthesis eyes world record: "Ivan Steber of Paradise Valley wants to set a new world record for the fastest 10-kilometer run this morning at the Phoenix 10K in downtown Phoenix.
"I have to do a 6:07 (minutes per mile) to break the record," Steber calculates aloud. "I'm doing 6:15.""
