However, on that Sunday from noon to 12:30 p.m., all the downtown churches dismissed and the clogged streets with their cars carrying churchgoers home resembled a Los Angeles expressway at rush hour. Perhaps, Director Lieberman could don the thinking cap and develop a solution to this problem. "
