How to train for a 5K run

There are many reasons why people want to run in an organized race. The reasons vary from wanting to win a race, to just wanting to be able to say that you can finish a race. Whatever your reason is for wanting to run a race, you must start in the right manner, and train correctly so you will not get injured and so you will be able to finish the run, and take pride in the fact that you succeeded.
