How to train for a half marathon

You want to run a half marathon. The first thing you need to do is to think of a couple of reasons why you want to run a half marathon. This is part of the training. You need to have these reasons for motivation when you want to quit. It’s easy to be motivated when you make that initial decision; it sometimes is a bit harder to stay motivated when you have been training for several weeks. At some point, you will probably say to yourself, why am I doing this. If you have 2 good reasons, you will be able to answer that question, and you will be able to go on.
